This 802-unit War Housing Project was planned to house 2,975 occupants spread out on 34.3 acres; work continued in this development from 1941-1953.

Demolished; this apartment complex was removed and a new privately-owned development called "Pueblo del Sol," replaced it. Pueblo del Sol was planned by the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Hope VI Program and architect, Ted Tokio Tanaka and others;
