Building History

Erected in 1972, the Seattle Trust Company Building had a structural steel frame and stood nine stories tall.

Building Notes

In 1984, the Control Data Corporation leased office space on the second floor of the Seattle Trust Building in Bellevue.

Alteration

The Seattle Times and Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported in its joint Sunday issue of 04/22/1984: "An $85,000 renovation of the Seattle Trust Building, 10655 N.E. Fourth St., Bellevue is getting under way. The Mithun Associates is designing a new lobby. Flemming Sorensen is contractor. AmberJack Ltd is the building owner."
