Building History

The Seattle Daily Times reported in its edition of 02/11/1905: "Architect Josenhans & Allen [sic] have completed plans for the new Hemrich brewery building on Railroad Avenue between Washington and Main Streets. It will be a one-story brick and will cost $5,000. The same architects will put up a $13,000 building at Auburn for the Seattle Brewing and Malting Company."
