Building History

This facility was purchased by the Senior Resources Group (SRG) and became the Cypress at Golden Gate Senior Living apartment complex. SRG added a large line of apartments on the property's western side, bordering 20th Avenue. In 2019, SRG operated 32 senior living facilities in CA and five other states, including AZ, FL, GA, OR, TX and WA. The San Francisco complex was one of 19 in CA in 2019.
