Alteration

In 1922, the French American Bank of Savings commissioned architect John A. Bauer to design a new front for a branch bank, as well as repair plumbing, add composition flooring the toilets and install counters and fittings on the interior. The work had a value of $1,000, and was carried out by G. Patterson of San Francisco, CA. (See "Alterations," Building and Engineering News, 12/23/1922, p. 23.)
