According to the book, The Long Beach Peninsula: Where the Columbia Meets the Pacific: "[The Portland Hotel] was located just north of the train depot." (See Donella J. Lucero and Nancy L. Hobbs, The Long Beach Peninsula: Where the Columbia Meets the Pacific, [Charleston: Arcadia Press, 2004], p. 70.) The train depot was situated at 102 3rd St NW, Long Beach, WA.
