Overview

In 2017, the wood-frame residence built by architect John J. Donovan (1876-1949) and his wife May Coogan Donovan (d. 1956), at 1166 Clarendon Crescent, in Oakland's Crocker Highlands Tract, contained 4,261 square feet, five bedrooms and three baths. It occupied a .27-acre lot. The Donovans lived here from at least 1918 until his death in 1949.
