Overview

The movie exhibitor Samuel H. Levin employed the Reid Brothers to design several theatres for him, the Harding being one of them. Others inlcuded the Coliseum (1918), Alexandria (1923), and Balboa #2 (1926). In all, the Reid Brothers designed at least 18 theatres in San Francisco. Opening on 04/08/1926, the Harding seated 1,500 patrons.
