Overview

Burlingame resident Ernest Johnson commissioned the San Francisco architectural firm of Baumann and Jose to design a three-story, wood-frame with brick veneer apartment building for him in 1925. The apartment house was to cost $50,000 and be located at Dolores and Clipper Streets in San Francisco's Mission District.
