Overview

This split-level residence was arranged on three floors and served as the Seattle Times Open House for 12/01/1968. It served as a model house in the Woodvale Tract located in the Twin Lakes neighborhood of Federal Way, WA. Architectural designer Ken Mattson designed the house for Wick Homes, Incorporated. He worked with interior designer Gloria Guess and the landscape architectural firm of Chaffee-Zumwalt and Associates.
