Overview

Architect Charles C. Dose (d. 1924) erected this $10,000 residence in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood in 1904-1905. While Charles C. Dose was an architect, another associate of his father's architectural firm, C.P. Dose and Company, named Claude A Reinoehl, was given credit for designing this house.
