This bungaloid house, with its porch supported by battered columns was part of the Grandview Historic District in Wenatchee, WA, the city's first local historic district. The Woods-Smith House dated from the early 1910s.
There have numerous alterations to the Woods-Smith House; windows of the central shed dormer were replaced. A two-floor addition was also made to the rear. The battered front columns supporting the porch were also altered from their original appearances.
