Lead architect Edward Larabee Barnes and Associates of New York, NY, produced this designed with Anshen and Allen, Architects of San Francisco, CA. John Barnes and Mark Cavagnero served a Project Architects for the effort.

Unbuilt. Architect Barnes described the project in general terms: "Five floors: lecture- and classrooms at the bottom, faculty offices at the top. A strong facade faces the campus, reinforcing the street wall. To the rear, a mass steps back with garden terraces on each level. The material is glazed olive-green tile."
