According to the original construction document, "Square Too is a single level shopping center consisting of three buildings with individual retail shops. For convenience of reference, the center is divided into Buildings 'A', 'B', and 'C'...." (See "Square Too Construction Manual,"Accessed 10/06/2011, p. 3-1.) The original design team included: Wright Forssen Associates, Architect, KPFF Consulting Engineers (Structural Engineer), Wilsey and Ham, Civil Engineer, Rittenhouse, Zeman and Associates, Soils Engineer, KMI Engineers (Mechanical Engineer), and Frahler Electric Company, Electrical Engineer. Sandy Sandercock was the Project Manager for Wright Forssen, Bud Ferber the lead for Wilsey and Ham, Terry Craven for Rittenhouse, Zeman, Robert Heisler for KMI and Leonard Keith for Frahler. Construction occurred c. 1984-1985. Macerich owned the property.
