Unbuilt; according to Platt's biographer, Keith N. Morgan, Platt performed an "examination of house sites [in] 1923." Platt recorded this service as costing $100. Also according to Morgan, "Platt also received a commission from Mr. Garrett on an order from H. Galland & Co. in 1923." (See "List of Buildings, Gardens, and Projects," Charles A.
