Earl B. Pyeatt and Orvall L. Looysen began the Transparent Bag Company in 1940. From 1962-1967, they had a previous headquarters at 901 12th Avenue in Kirkland, WA. This $300,000 building was the tenth in the Par-Mac Industrial Park. Transparent Bag was set to move in on 03/15/1967. This factory/office building had two designers: Harry C. Nelson nad Stanley Siegenthaler designed the 20,000-square foot structure, while Sullam and Aehle created the manufacturing plan.
