This three-story office/retail building was erected on or before 1905; the University Club of Los Angeles occupied the top two floors of the building as its meeting place from 1905-1910. The building was narrow, each floor having three windows; those of the second floor were arched. Quoins trimmed the building and keystones stood above the entry to upper level offices.
