This single-story building housed architect Ernest J. Kump's Office in the late 1950s; arranged as a square, the center of the plan was set aside as an atrium topped with a plastic dome. The north and south sides of the office building were glass, the east and west were constructed of non-load-bearing brick. Entry was gained on the east through a low arch in the brickwork. Kump's firm occupied the northern half of the building; Kump rented out the southern half to other businesses. The Barrett Construction Company built Kump's design, finishing in 1958.
