This wood-frame hotel was in operation c. 1907; it occupied a full city block, having retail stores on the first floor and hotel rooms on the upper two floors. One facade had balcony on the second floor. The main fenestration consisted of fixed storefront windows with clerestories, while the upper two levels were lit by paired double-hung windows. A squared turret projected from one corner.
