On 05/09/1915, the Bank of Italy opened its new quarters on the ground floor and basement of the Haas Building. The previous day, an estimated 10,000 visitors were expected to tour the new facility. The building was located on Broadway and 7th Street.

The Haas Building housed a number of financial companies c. 1931.

A 1974 renovation included a new facade for the Haas Building.
