The GSA hired Boyle Wagoner Architects to prepare documentation of the A.V. Love Dry Goods Building in 1998; this documentation is now located at the University of Washington's Department of Special Collections, PH Collection No.: 639;

Demolished c. 1999; torn down by the United States General Service Administration (GSA) to make way for the Federal Courthouse.
