The Sperry Chalet consists of two buildings: a dormitory and central dining hall. Like the dormitory, the dining hall has uncoursed rubble walls and a gabled, shake roof. This building was on one of four designed for the Great Northern Railway in Glacier National Park; they included the Sperry Dining Hall and Dorm, Many Glacier Hotel (Thomas D. McMahon, architect), Granite Chalet (Samuel L. Bartlett, architect) and Two Medicine Store (Samuel L. Bartlett, architect).
