Riverside architect G. Stanley Wilson, designer of a City Hall in Fullerton, CA, produced a Spanish Colonial Revival design for the Perris City Hall in 1934; cost was set at $15,000. The City of Perris incorporated in 1911.

This project, according to G. Stanley Wilson expert, Peter N. Weber, was never completed. According to him, the Perris Union High School was designed by another architect and was later converted to serve as the Perris City Hall.
