Building History

This residence was built by Douglas Raff, a lawyer, and his wife, Kathie, a journalist. In 1983, she was the editor of Puget Soundings magazine, and the couple had two children, Colin (born c. 1970) and Katherine (born c. 1973).

In 2019, the house was owned by Pure Vita LLC.

Building Notes

The Raff House was part of a Queen Anne Tour of Homes in 1983. (See Barbara Huston, Seattle Post-Intelligencer, "Queen Anne tour finds charm--circa 1969," 09/19/1983, p. D1.)
