This utilitarian masonry building, zoned in 2012 for industrial/light manufacturing use, had a 2.16-acre lot, and contained 70,914 square feet on two floors. The owner was Touchstone SLU LLC in 2012.

Seattle architect/engineer, Henry W. Bittman (1882-1953), designed western (1944) and northern (1946) additions to the Troy Laundry Building; subsequently, Charles Kitchin appended to concrete block additions, the larger in 1965, the smaller, the following year.
